It's my first article about hematophobia treatment. I will try to track recent news and science researches about this.

Here is simple psychologic tips:
- Strain your muscles: Hematophobia is accompanied by lower blood pressure. If you are fainting you should strain muscles, move hands and legs to stimulate blood circulation
- Don't scare: Blood on you, on other people, on the TV … Imagine these situations: first you can endure most easier, then what is more difficult to endure. For example, it is possible to begin with a word "blood". It frightens you? Write it on a leaf of a paper, say aloud. When you will overcome this fear, pass to a following situation from your list. So gradually you will get rid of blood fear.
- Inquire: As well as all people suffering by phobias, you dramatize a situation: you only do blood test, and it seems to you, that you will lose liter of blood. You can ask the doctor or relatives in detail, it will help you to be overcome phobia.
